You’re in a Turn-Based RPG
The warp opens up, dropping you onto an enchanted forest. You walk around for a moment, enjoying the calm, until all of a sudden the whole world feels like it’s rapidly digitizing! Then everything goes back to normal, except there’s a “leafbad” in front of you. A leafbad is basically a pile of leaves with fangs. It feels kinda like this world ran out of creature ideas at some point?
The leafbad crinkles impatiently in front of you, waiting until you decide to do something. Attack. Magic. Flee. Parry? You do nothing for a long time, mostly out of fear. Hours pass. Eventually it falls asleep. Huzzah, hero! You cast a spell called “Transfo.” One of your golden keys floats into the air… and morphs into a Warp Orb, which gets sucked into your controller. Huh. Okay.
You Have -1 Golden Keys
You Have +2 Warps
(Unless you’ve already done this. Yeah, your progress is saved.)
Your game controller rumbles. Instinctually, you hit the W button. A misshapen Warp Zone appears in the air with two sides – one is bright blue, the other a bright purple.
