You’re in an FMV Shooter

The warp opens up, dropping you into a world that looks strangely like your own, only with lower resolution. You’re on a suburban street, a relatively easy location to film in. Suddenly, a smirking dude in a black and white striped prison costume pops up from behind the bushes, holding a bag with a dollar sign on it, then ducks back under. There appears to be a slight shift in the world’s camera, then the same actor pops out from behind a different bush.

Oh god. You’re in an FMV police shooter. Before you can grab your realistic bright orange gun in your holster, the same hammy criminal pops up behind you and steals one of your golden keys. Damn you, FMV! Also, defund the police!
